Wehr Named Vice President of
Communications and Information Services

The Minnesota Council on Foundations, a membership organization that works actively to strengthen and expand philanthropy, has named Wendy C. Wehr vice president of communications and information services.

"Wendy's combined communications experience from the nonprofit and business sectors will be a significant asset to our foundation members and the philanthropic community," said Bill King, Council president.

Most recently, Wehr was development director at the Minnesota Literacy Council; she was previously a senior vice president at marketing communications firm Colle + McVoy.

Founded in 1969, the Minnesota Council on Foundations serves the Minnesota community of grantmakers and works to improve the vitality and health of our communities. Council members include family and private foundations, community and other public foundations, and corporate foundations and giving programs.
