Methods for judging the success of funded initiatives are essential
for grantmakers who want to understand the impact of their grants. How can your
foundation translate its mission and goals into outcomes grantees can measure?
Learn to develop reporting guidelines that provide the information you need and
also encourage grantees to think creatively about developing, measuring and
analyzing outcomes.
Colleagues will share how they evaluate the impact of grantees and their
programs using qualitative and quantitative measurements, and ways to implement
realistic and productive evaluation strategies. Hear methods to review grantee
reports to aggregate results in a meaningful way.
