you. These collections were established by
The Foundation Center, a nonprofit research and

Many collections can also do short computer searches through a connection to The
Foundation Centers database on CD-ROM (FC Search), and each has a specially trained
librarian assigned to help you.Visit
the Foundation Center's website for an updated
list of Cooperating Collection locations
in Minnesota. Some of the items available at Cooperating Collections:

Some collections also have
microfiche copies of the IRS Forms 990-PF for Minnesota foundations. 990-PFs are tax
returns that list all the gifts made by a foundation during the previous fiscal year.
990-PFs can be a particularly useful research tool to find out more about a foundation
that has no written guidelines or annual report.
