Edina Realty will make a donation to the Minnesota Twins Community Fund and the Edina Realty Foundation each time the Minnesota Twins baseball team turns a double play in the 2004 season, the foundation has announced.

"Edina Realty and the Twins share the same value of giving back to the community. We are pleased to partner with the Twins to help benefit local charitable organizations, and look forward to a successful season filled with Twins wins and double plays," said Edina Realty president Bob Peltier. The company will present a check on the field before the Sept. 15 Twins game against the Chicago White Sox.

The Edina Realty Foundation offers financial support to organizations that provide housing and related services to homeless individuals and families in the markets it serves. The foundation is supported by the sales associates, employees and corporations of Edina Realty Home Services, Edina Realty, Edina Realty Title and Edina Realty Mortgage.

The mission of the Minnesota Twins Community Fund is to enrich local and regional communities by providing resources for the healthy development of children and families through an association with baseball, softball and the Minnesota Twins.
