Wells Fargo Presents Four Volunteer Leave Awards Wells Fargo awarded four Minnesota team members Volunteer Leaves, which allows them to volunteer for projects at Minnesota nonprofit organizations, from three weeks to four months, while receiving their fulltime Wells Fargo pay and benefits.
The team members and their organizations: "These team members have shown incredible dedication in their volunteer efforts, and Wells Fargo is pleased that they have the opportunity to devote more of their time and talent to these organizations," said Jon Campbell, CEO for Wells Fargo's Minnesota region. "This leave time benefits the communities we serve and our team members. They come back renewed and knowing that Wells Fargo values their contributions to society." Wells Fargo has offered the Volunteer Leave award for more than 25 years. Any team member who has been with the company for at least five years may apply. Winners are chosen based on the team members' personal commitment and dedication to the organization, their proposed project and the potential impact that their project goals will have on solving a specific social problem. > More headlines |
