STUDENT RESOURCES COORDINATOR The Minneapolis Foundation Posted May 5, 2008 The Minneapolis Foundation is a statewide center for philanthropy where Minnesotans make a difference everyday. We are seeking a dynamic individual to design, coordinate and implement individual and organizational partnerships that result in quality youth development experiences for students in the foundation's Destination 2010 initiative. Destination 2010 provides scholarships, academic enrichment and support services to approximately 200 members of the class of 2010 (spring 2008 10th graders) in Minneapolis and St. Paul Public Schools. Position description: The student resource coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all Destination 2010 students are connected to caring and competent adults (i.e., tutors and mentors) and to resources that support their academic and social development. This is a fulltime, exempt position including some evening and weekend work. Position to terminate with program no later than fall 2010. Major activity areas:
