PROGRAM COUNSELOR T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood Minnesota Posted July 21, 2008 Part time, non-exempt status Job summary: T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood Minnesota is a scholarship program intended to help early childhood and school-age care professionals increase their education, compensation and commitment to the field. The T.E.A.C.H. Program Counselor is responsible for the case management for scholarship recipients funded through the T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood Program. The T.E.A.C.H. Program Counselor is a part of a professional development department that is committed to strengthening the child care system in Minnesota by creating, supporting and promoting quality continuing education opportunities for child care providers.
