CONTROLLER Bush Foundation Posted July 21, 2008 The Bush Foundation is seeking a leader for a newly created Controller position. This leader must have success in directing finance and accounting activities, experience in developing and implementing processes that support the foundation’s goals and adapt to a changing environment. The Bush Foundation was established in 1953 by 3M executive Archibald Granville Bush and his wife, Edyth. With a mission to improve the quality of life in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota, the foundation aims to be a catalyst to shape vibrant communities by investing in courageous and effective leadership that significantly strengthens and improves the well-being of people in these three states. The position: The new Controller position reports to the CFO. Essential functions of the position include financial reporting and analysis, grant appropriations and payments, external audit, taxes, budgeting, employee benefits and insurance. Requirements:
