Qualifications: A Bachelor degree with related course work or equivalent experience is required, along with:

• 5+ years of fundraising experience with demonstrated success in closing major individual gifts or 10 years of social service experience with experience in marketing, recruitment, one to one and group presentations and public speaking.
• Demonstrated success in closing major individual gifts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in administration, long range planning, budgeting, and staff supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Software.
• A current, valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Experience with Raisers Edge preferred.
