Children's Theatre Company (CTC) creates extraordinary theater experiences that educate, challenge and inspire young people. CTC is honored to have received numerous prestigious awards including the Tony® Award for Outstanding Regional Theatre - the first ever award bestowed upon a theater for young people.

CTC seeks a corporate Gifts Officer to manage corporate giving and sponsorship programs. Responsibilities include relationship management, prospecting, proposal development, presentations, benefits administration, planning, reporting and evaluation; works with high level representatives of corporations, CTC’s board of governors and staff from all departments. Essential Corporate Gifts Officer skills include relationship building, effective written and oral communication, time management, strategic thinking, initiative and leadership.

Candidates need at least five years of demonstrated success securing corporate gifts and/or sponsorships and knowledge of the Twin Cities corporate community. Experience using Raiser’s Edge data management and reporting preferred.
