	Katie Gellatly was named community philanthropy officer for Duluth Superior Area Community Foundation. Gellatly will review grant proposals and work with nonprofits on the application process.
	Tom McSparron joined West Central Initiative as donor services officer. McSparron brings more than 20 years of professional fundraising experience; most recently, he served as director of development for the North Dakota 4-H Foundation for seven years. He is an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
	Pat Gorham was named to the board of trustees of the Initiative Foundation.
	Peter C. Hutchinson was named a Fellows of the National Academy of Public Administration. The Academy is an independent, nonpartisan organization chartered by Congress and is involved in the most important and complex governance issues that public administrators face. Since 1967, it has provided trusted advice to leaders around the world on issues of governance and public management.
