Description: An effective dashboard report can distill overwhelming numbers of facts and figures down to key measures and create meaningful comparisons to benchmarks and goals. With greater clarity, organizational leaders can focus on the information that’s most relevant to solid strategic decision making.

At the session we will review numerous dashboard examples, outline an effective process for creating a dashboard, discuss how to select information to include, and learn how dashboard reports can complement other important financial statements. This program will be valuable for staff and trustees who create, review, and interpret dashboard reports.
