Description: Are you looking for ways to lead your organization forward on diversity, equity and inclusion?

If so, join your colleagues in an exploratory conversation using Sterling Speirn’s “Foundations Must Conquer Myths in Order to Lead on Diversity” as a framework. In the work, Speirn explores the myths that work against increased inclusion in philanthropy and identifies strategies we can use to lead the conversation forward.

Sterling Speirn is president and CEO of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
