United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities, an ecumenical seminary of the United Church of Christ, seeks a full time chief advancement officer (CAO) to plan, organize and implement the seminary’s development and communications and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will share the seminary’s vision and mission for theological education and a commitment to furthering programs that prepare leaders for church and society. The CAO is an officer of the seminary, reports to the president, and works closely with the board of trustees and senior staff to achieve success. EOE.
