Foundation Communications: The Grantee Perspective

Drawing on analyses of thousands of grantee survey responses, this report highlights best practices of foundations that have received high marks for clearly communicating. According to the report, the three keys to effective communication of foundation goals and strategy are consistency of foundation communication resources, responsive interactions with foundation staff who treat grantees fairly, and helpfullness of foundation selection and reporting and evaluation processes.
