"Race Matters" Toolkit
Annie E. Casey Foundation Developed by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, this toolkit is designed to help
decision makers,
advocates and elected officials address policies and practices that contribute to inequitable
outcomes for children, families, and communities. The toolkit includes a PowerPoint presentation
that offers fact sheets on key areas (health, education, income security, etc.), a racial
equity impact analysis tool, community building strategies, and an organizational
self-assessment.

LGBTQ Racial Equity Toolkit
Funders for LGBTQ Issues
Funders for LGBTQ Issues has launched a historic, online resource to
help grantmakers understand the critical issues facing lesbian, gay,
bisexual, transgender (LGBTQ) communities of color.
This toolkit includes a range of original funder tools, perspectives
from foundation and nonprofit leaders in the field, related publications
and much more. They hope to enhance the philanthropic conversation on
opportunity, diversity and equity.
