In her role as administrative assistant, Kaitlin supports the communications, operations and member services teams. In addition, she helps MCF’s president complete special projects and provides board and committee support and coordination. Kaitlin also assists with programming and government relations initiatives.
Before Kaitlin joined MCF in 2011, she worked with the Japan America Society of Minnesota. She has a bachelor’s in East Asian studies with a focus in anthropology and Japanese culture from Hamline University in St. Paul. Kaitlin serves on and assists several nonprofits boards, including the St. Paul – Nagasaki Sister City Committee and Minnesota Bonsai Society.
When Kaitlin isn’t working, she collects signed and rare books and explores Minnesota’s great outdoors. She lives in St. Paul and, despite her best efforts, often gets lost in Minneapolis.
