About Khin:

Khin was born in Burma and grew up in small towns in the Midwest. She lives in an old farmhouse in Northeast Minneapolis with her husband, Kyle, and their clown of a cat, Pepette. Her preferred method of transportation is by foot. She loves having people over and gabbing the night away.

Khin has spent most of her career in nonprofits, though she has also had stints as a sushi chef and design agency manager. Prior to joining MCF, she managed communications and membership engagement at Minnesota Multifaith Network. She also brings experience from Metropolitan Regional Arts Council, where she oversaw the grant review process. During this time, she served as the Twin Cities chapter co-chair of Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy. Khin is thrilled to have the opportunity to interact with MCF members and hopes to provide an excellent member experience.
